Linkezo Usage Policy Overview

This policy governs the services, products, and technologies provided by Linkezo under any active agreements. It is designed to protect Linkezo, its users, and the broader online community from unethical, irresponsible, or illegal activities.

Users who violate this policy may face service suspension or account termination. In severe cases, Linkezo may be legally required to report such activities to the appropriate authorities.

User Responsibility

Accountability for Actions

Users are responsible for their own actions and the actions of anyone accessing their account, whether authorized or not. This responsibility includes ensuring compliance with this policy by anyone using Linkezo’s services under their account.

Consequences of Policy Violations

If a user or anyone using their account violates this policy, Linkezo reserves the right to terminate the associated services or account without notice. No service credits will be issued for interruptions resulting from policy violations, as allowed by law.

Prohibited Activities

Intellectual Property Violations and Unauthorized Material

Linkezo’s services must not be used to transmit, distribute, or store material that violates any applicable laws, including but not limited to:

• Content protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights without proper authorization.
• Material that is obscene, defamatory, constitutes an illegal threat, or violates export control laws.

Users are solely responsible for the content they create, upload, or distribute through Linkezo’s services and must obtain the necessary legal permissions for any material used.

SPAM and Unauthorized Messaging

Linkezo prohibits the use of its services for sending unsolicited bulk or commercial messages ("spam"). This includes running unconfirmed mailing or telephone lists. All messaging lists must be "confirmed opt-in," with verification available for the lifespan of the list.

The use of purchased email or telephone lists intended for spam or unconfirmed messaging lists is also prohibited. This policy applies to any messages sent using Linkezo’s services or any messages that direct recipients to a site hosted on Linkezo.

Unethical, Exploitative, and Malicious Activities

Linkezo’s services must not be used for advertising, transmitting, or making available any software, program, product, or service designed to violate this policy or other service providers' policies. Prohibited actions include but are not limited to:

• Facilitating spam.
• Initiating network attacks, including sniffing, pinging, packet spoofing, flooding, mail-bombing, and denial-of-service attacks.
• Unauthorized access to accounts or electronic resources.
• Introducing viruses or malicious code into Linkezo’s services and systems.
• Harassing others, including denial-of-service attacks, hate speech, and any activity intended to threaten or discriminate against any group or individual.

Other unethical activities include:

• Obtaining services with the intent to avoid payment.
• Unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction of information about other users.
• Interfering with others' use of Linkezo’s network.
• Publishing or transmitting content that incites violence or threatens health and safety.
• Violating consumer protection laws or infringing on someone’s privacy.

Linkezo’s services may not be used by individuals or entities involved in illegal activities such as gambling, terrorism, narcotics trafficking, arms trafficking, or the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.

Unauthorized Use of Linkezo Property

Impersonating Linkezo, falsely representing a relationship with Linkezo, or fraudulently using Linkezo’s property or brand to gain service, custom, patronage, or trust is strictly prohibited.

Policy Modifications

This policy outlines a non-exhaustive list of prohibited activities. Linkezo reserves the right to modify this policy at any time by publishing the updated version on its website. The revised policy will become effective either upon the use of Linkezo’s services after publication or 30 days after publication, whichever comes first.
